Shooting probe after incident at Smith-Hazel Recreation Center
Aiken Public Safety investigates a nighttime shooting near Smith-Hazel Recreation Center where a 19 year old man from Red Oak Drive was wounded while playing basketball around 10 15 p m. He was treated at Aiken Regional Medical Centers for a forearm wound. No evidence of a shooting was found at the park.
