Dead end Bolin Road petition stalls in North Augusta
Residents in Martintowne seek to block through traffic by ending Bolin Road at Mountside Five. A 90 signature proponent group and a 319 signer opposition clashed before the City Council on July 21. A traffic study is planned for October to assess through traffic using Bolin Road as a shortcut to Martintown Road.
