Aiken Woman Detained After Drinking Allegedly Thrown On Vehicle
Amber Boone, 26, of Jefferson Avenue, was charged with two counts of third degree assault and battery after she and two other unknown women allegedly flagged down a vehicle on Highway 19 in New Ellenton and threw alcoholic drinks into the car. The 54-year-old victim and a coworker were leaving a restaurant around 10 p.m. when the incident occurred. Officers found the inside of the victim’s car wet and smelling of alcohol.
