Five year old mayor loses re election in Dorset Minnesota
Dorset residents voted for a new mayor as Bobby Tufts, age five, failed to win a third ceremonial term in the tiny town near Minneapolis. The election was decided by a random drawing at the Taste of Dorset festival after $1 votes. 16 year old Eric Mueller won the prize and pledged experience. Bobby highlighted charity work for Ronald McDonald House in Fargo and declared ice cream a necessary food during his reign.
