Man charged in April Warrenville shooting and robbery
Aiken man Brian Padgett, 30, was charged Wednesday with armed robbery in connection with an April Warrenville incident that left a 2 1/2 year old hospitalized after a gunshot wound. Deputies found the victim in the roadway and described three suspects who fled in a silver four door vehicle. The victim was treated and stabilized at a local hospital. Padgett remained in the Aiken County Detention Center Thursday afternoon.
