Man sentenced to 15 years for fatal hit and run
Augusta man Raymond Burns, 22, pleaded guilty to reckless homicide and leaving the scene in the January 2 2016 death of 15 year old David Crutchfield near New Ellenton. He received 15 years and 10 years to run concurrently, 85 percent before parole.
