Atlantic season could produce more hurricanes
Forecasters expect an above normal Atlantic hurricane season with 12 to 17 tropical storms and up to eight hurricanes due to warmer sea surface temperatures and favorable wind patterns. El Nino could later suppress activity, with four tropical storms and two hurricanes already observed this season.
