Planning group to discuss plat approvals in Aiken
The Aiken County Planning Commission will review requests for preliminary plat approvals for two subdivisions at the Government Center. The Townhomes of Chukker Creek, with 21.8 acres south of Aiken on Chukkee Creek Road, proposed by Jeff Hudson with Johnson Laschaber & Associates, would yield 88 lots. Galphin Plantation, 117.05 acres southeast of Aiken on Storm Branch Road, proposed by Robert Flanagin, would yield 10 lots.
