Smuggling Pilot Bails Out Over Everglades Still Missing
A night flight by a suspected drug smuggler ended with the pilot bailing out over the dark Everglades while the companion reportedly fled toward the Gulf of Mexico and crashed offshore. Coast Guard divers later recovered the parachute and clothing but did not find the jumper, Coast Guard spokesman Petty Officer Adams said.
