Silver Bluff Road Corridor Improvement Timeline
Public timeline of the Silver Bluff Road project from 2007 to 2018. SCDOT presented concepts in 2007, opposition to widening to five lanes emerged in 2007, revisions reduced to three lanes with intersections upgraded by 2009 2012. Public meetings 2009 2013 2015, contract awarded 2015 to Eagle Construction, site work began 2016, utilities relocation ongoing through 2017 2018, final completion date pending with last work day in May 2018.
