Daniel Griffin aged 24 was arrested after a Saturday incident at a Nautilus Street home where he allegedly beat his girlfriend. The couple share a 4 year old daughter who witnessed the violence. The victim required hospital care while Griffin was detained at the Aiken County jail.

A dropped bag contained narcotics after officers arrived.
