Local acai bowl food truck brings Palmetto Bowls to Aiken
Kaitlyn Lawless and her family launched Palmetto Bowls using frozen acai berries with local fruit honey peanut butter and granola in Aiken South Carolina. The venture grew after selling out 100 bowls at Amp the Alley with help from SCORE and the Aiken Chamber of Commerce while Kaitlyn posts weekly schedules online.
