Two Arrests Made After Burglary Attempt at The Helm
Aiken County deputies arrested Cashon Cannady and Jerome Cooper after a 1:58 a.m. alarm at The Helm on Jefferson Davis Highway. They were found near a rear door and charged with second degree burglary based on investigative information. In Alabama a North Augusta couple Gene and Barabara Manasco died in a Talladega County crash on I 20 at the 166 mile marker.

Police say cases cleared with arrest of Lowry
