Aiken Horsepower Assoc cruise-in draws turnout
The Aiken Horsepower Association held its monthly cruise-in at the Home Depot lot on Whiskey Road despite July hiatus. About 40 cars and trucks were on display as president Barbara Gunter and secretary Vicki Reynolds weighed heat and gas prices as factors. The event supports Cumbee Center and Savannah River Cancer Foundation with a 50/50 raffle and charity donations. The club invites all to participate. September break for Labor Day, return first Saturday in October. For info call 648-4761 or email askenh horsepower bellsouth dot net.
