Florida reports 14 Zika cases likely from local mosquitoes

Gov Rick Scott announced 14 locally transmitted Zika cases in Florida, urging a federal emergency response. The CDC may issue a travel advisory for pregnant women to avoid a Miami Dade County area. Officials say four cases were first linked to local mosquitoes and more than 200 tests occurred in Miami Dade and Broward.
