Ebola patients to be flown to Atlanta for treatment
Two American Ebola aid workers, Dr Kent Brantly and Nancy Writebol, will be transported from Liberia to Emory University Hospital in Atlanta in a sealed, portable tent system aboard a Gulfstream jet. Officials say public safety is ensured and the CDC and State Department assist in the transfer. Both patients are in serious condition but stable enough for the trip. Dobbins Air Reserve Base in Georgia will host the transfer.
