Man charged in assault on Aiken business owner on Laurens Street
Gregory Young Bowles, 51, of Old Bell Road, is charged with third degree assault and battery and two counts of malicious damage after an attack on June 29 outside an Aiken store on Laurens Street. The victim sustained facial injuries and vehicle damage. Bowles was arrested and released on bond the same day.

Devon Bush 17 of Myrtle Beach is charged with second degree burglary and related offenses in an incident at a Carriage Drive home. Officers say the ex boyfriend forced entry, punched a closet door, shoved a woman, and damaged the residence before fleeing. He remained in custody Tuesday afternoon.
