North Augusta City Council will hold a 6 p.m. study session and 7 p.m. council meeting at the Municipal Building 100 Georgia Ave. Topics include Municipal Building security a contract revision for public defenders and an executive session on the Project Jackson master development agreement.
North Augusta City Council meets at 7 p.m. in the municipal building council chambers to review a six month extension of a contract with Aiken County Public Defenders for indigent defense in municipal court. Agenda items include a new development mix with a league stadium multi family homes dining district and hotel. Michael Smith of the Aiken Standard noted the executive editor.
