Powell returns to Savannah River Nuclear Solutions as SVP
Norman Powell aka Norm Powell returns to Savannah River Nuclear Solutions from Fluor Corporation as senior vice president for business services. Powell has 38 years in engineering procurement and construction with Fluor and spent six years at Hanford as VP of business services. He previously led a 450 person engineering office and managed Fluor Federal Projects support. Powell left SANS in 2009 to rejoin Fluor to assist acquisitions and federal cost and pricing in Greenville.
