Crosland Park backs lighting plan from Urban Land Institute

Dash-Cam Video of 2014 North Augusta Shooting Blocked

A motion filed April 20 by former North Augusta Public Safety officer Justin Craven seeks to bar public release of dash-cam video from the February 2014 fatal shooting of an unarmed motorist. The case stems from a Feb 9 traffic stop on Knox Avenue and a pursuit to Rose Drive, Edgefield County, where Craven fired multiple shots claiming the suspect grabbed his gun.
