NYU Student Lived In Library Before Free Dorm Move
NYU sophomore Steve Stanzak 20 lived eight months in the Bobst Library basement due to an inability to pay a $1,000 housing deposit. He slept on library chairs with belongings in a backpack and stored items in lockers. Officials relocated him to a free dorm room last week after his online journal gained campus attention.
