Aiken Newcomers Club awards over 4000 to local groups
The Aiken Newcomers' Club distributed more than 4000 to local service groups from the 1996 99 club year. Recipients include the Aiken County Historical Museum South Aiken Band Boosters Club and the Children’s Medical Center at MCG among others. The club meets at Newberry Hall the second Tuesday monthly with the next gathering May 11 offering officer installation and a luncheon. Reservations by May 7.
