International manhunt ends for two fugitives

CHARLESTON AP An international manhunt ended when FBI agents captured James and Lisa Albert in Marietta Georgia they face federal charges of mail fraud wire fraud financial institution fraud and arson linked to burning their Kiawah Island home on December 17 1990 The Alberts were indicted in 1998 and will be brought to South Carolina. They had been profiled on Unsolved Mysteries. FLORENCE AP arson blamed for fire at Effingham Baptist Church a 114 year old predominantly black church in Florence County Fire began around 8 20 pm Friday authorities say a flammable liquid was thrown through a window The blaze gutted the sanctuary and investigators are checking for links to other fires across South Carolina earlier this month Members have not decided where to meet Sunday.
