North Augusta man detained for methamphetamine in traffic stop
In North Augusta Dennis Lamb Duskin, 22, was detained after a vehicle drift led to a 1:15 a.m. stop on Richland Avenue. Police found methamphetamine residue and a blue straw in a cigarette box. Duskin claimed the box, was placed in the county detention center, while the driver received a careless driving citation. A separate report notes a robbery on Highway 1 with two unknown men beating a victim and taking money, keys, and a phone. EMS treated a head injury.
