Revenue measures OKed to aid highway department funds
South Carolina House Ways and Means Committee approved an 18 million revenue package for the state highway department. New fees include ten dollar drivers licenses every four years, a five dollar annual enforcement fee per vehicle, higher registration fees for freight haulers, and a fifty dollar fee on electric cars.
