High court rejects speedy review of health care law
The Supreme Court refused Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli's bid to fast track challenges to President Obama’s health care law. The court left review to federal appeals courts with hearings set for May and June, potentially reaching a decision by summer 2012. Cuccinelli argued expedited consideration would end uncertainty. the administration opposed.
