West to speak at club meeting in Aiken area
The Clemson Club meeting for Aiken Edgefield and Barnwell counties features head coach Tommy West. It will be held Tuesday at the Aiken Fairgrounds Building on US 1. Social time starts 6 p.m. with dinner at 6 30. Tickets 10 in advance by calling Rick Boyleston Alan Gregory or any IPTAY rep.

Spring flag football and golf events at Harrison-Caver Park
The spring sports lineup at Harrison-Caver Park Clearwater includes a May start for flag football through mid July with 250 entry and top team trophies. May 10 hosts the Sandapper Open at Midland Valley Country Club with 55 entry and Steve Smith contact 642-7558. Also May 3 five week Springtime Horseshoe League at the park with 15/25 entry and top team trophies plus most ringers awards. June 13 hosts a 6v6 men's tournament open-age with 175 per team.
