Georgia supplier ordered to pay 4.6 million in MOX facility suit
Energy & Process Corp of Tucker Georgia agreed to pay 4.6 million to settle a False Claims Act suit over defective rebars supplied to the MOX facility at Savannah River Site in Aiken County. The City of Aiken Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department hosts a Mother and Son Masquerade Ball from 6 30 to 8 30 p m May 12 at the Rye Patch Reception Center. Boys aged 4 to 14 attend with mothers or female guardians paying 25 dollars per couple plus 5 dollars for each additional son.
