Job market for new grads improves but remains weak
The Labor Department reports 2013 college graduates face a 10.9 percent unemployment rate, down from 13.3 percent in 2012 and the lowest since 2007. Many grads still take jobs outside their field or for lower pay while employment prospects slowly increase, with women faring better than men.
