Golden Harvest Food Bank invites participants to the inaugural Rock N Glow 5K on Saturday May 4 at 7 p.m. at the H Odell Weeks Activities Center. Runners may enter solo or in a relay, with a 1 mile youth race at 6 30 p.m. All ages welcome with registration fees of 10 20 and 30 dollars respectively.
