Lifelong lessons propel Aiken native Williams to leadership
Aiken native Williams credits lessons from his grandfather and early work at the Aiken Farmer's Market with shaping his people skills and business sense. Born in Windsor, he moved from Detroit to Aiken in seventh grade, joined the Air Force at 17, and rose to senior director of manufacturing for Landis Gyr Inc. in Reynosa Mexico, overseeing 360 of 506 employees. His mother Novella Craig notes his rapid ascent and enduring humility.
