Ex-model sues Paine Webber executive over failed affair
Inga Banasewycz, 28, files a 3.5 million suit in New York state court accusing Paine Webber’s Orhan Sadik Khan, 69, of emotional duress and breach of contract after a nine year affair. She says he promised money and marriage, impregnated her twice, and urged abortions. Khan’s attorney calls the suit extortion and seeks dismissal. Banasewycz emigrated from the former Soviet Union at 19.
