Windham urges involvement to meet city service needs
Aiken City Manager Roland Windham urged Senior Men's Club members to embrace involvement and retrenchment to meet unemployment, inflation, and service costs. He defined retrenchment as across the board cuts, fee shifts, and department reorganizations to preserve essential programs. The club, led by John Roberts, plans to host Naomi Frost-Hewitt as guest speaker on May 19 at the Ramada Inn.
