Allegra Marketing in Aiken will grant 15000 in services to qualifying nonprofit groups with a main office in Aiken County. Applications due May 31 via www.aikenallegra.com, with online voting June 3 to June 21 and winners announced June 28.
Allegra Marketing Print and Mail announces a 15000 dollar grant program for nonprofit groups in Aiken County. Eligible organizations must be nonprofits with a main office or branch in the county and apply via the Allegra site. A committee will decide grant amounts.
Aiken Christian Women’s Connection will meet Tuesday from 5 30 to 7 30 p m at Woodside Plantation Country Club for food and fellowship with guest speaker Ginny Karelius from Ft Mill on weight loss and wrinkles and Chef Peggy Beck performing an iron chef style feature. A sheriff's report lists several incidents: damage to an office window at STA Auto Sales on id Road North Augusta, a lawn mower stolen from a Fairview Street home, a Warrenville office break in at Langley Dam Road, missing steel oval steamer, two air conditioning units stolen from a Columbia Highway home, vehicle and equipment thefts including a Ford F150 Mack truck with farm feeder and an aluminum boat on New Bridge Road, an attempted theft of GMC truck and hay trailer, and a trailer break in at Starr Mobile Homes on Carolina Bay Trail Monetta with stove sink and AC unit stolen and siding removed.
The Annual Meeting of the SRS Retiree Association will discuss moving retirees to a site sponsored medical plan for pre Medicare retirees and spouses. Post 65 retirees who were dropped from the site plan will be addressed with Q&A from Savannah River Nuclear Solutions and partners. Representatives from DOE and SRP groups are expected. meeting 1:30 p.m. at Etherredge Center Aiken.
