Aiken Man Faces 20 Counts Of Personal Offense
Marcus A. Mitchell 32 of Aiken is charged with 20 counts including 10 improper act on a minor and 10 criminal sexual conduct charges. He is jailed in Aiken County after investigation showed years of abuse of a girl starting when she was 2. Beech Island man gets five year sentence for meth manufacture
Archie Harvey, 55, of Atomic Road Beech Island, pleaded guilty to manufacturing methamphetamine second offense and possession of ephedrine and received a five year jail term. Deputies found a meth lab on April 7 2008 in a shed on the property. Harveys links to larger traffickers and health issues were cited as factors in the case.
