Road drainage crisis stalls repairs near Lake Williams
Neighbors along Lakeshore Court and University Estates face ongoing erosion and a major storm drainage problem as a damaged drainage pipe prompts South Carolina DOT involvement. The dispute centers on who pays to replace the pipe and rebuild the road, with the SCDOT signaling it will fix after neighbors fund the new pipe. Residents fear temporary fixes won t solve the long term issue.
