Roscoe Dinisous Brayboy 75 native of Aiken County died Monday at a Hempstead hospital. Funeral at Union Baptist Church tomorrow noon with burial in Greenwich Cemetery. Survivors include widow Elizabeth, daughters Diane and Sherrin, son Lawrence, sisters Florrie Eubanks Bernice Webbs Alma Cummings, and brothers Clifton Thaddeus Jacob Archie. Barnett Funeral Home Hempstead and Jackson-Brooks Funeral Home arranged local services. James Criegton Shealy 86 former Wagener resident died Monday in Detroit. Services held at Summers Funeral Home. Survived by daughter Mrs. Douglas Myers sister Mrs. Eva Cooper and brother Quincey Shealy.

Aiken jury found Larry C Randolph guilty of DUI as a third offense after testimony placed him behind the wheel of his mother’s 1980 Cutlass in a Banks Mill Road ditch. Patrolman Perry testified Randolph admitted driving and Davis contradicted the claim.
