Tazers used to subdue man threatening death by own action
Aiken County deputies used a taser to subdue a man who barricaded himself in a Burnettown home and threatened self harm with a knife. Crisis negotiators failed to calm him. after a second taser hit the man was restrained and given medical care. No charges filed.
