Willard Clark Mike Freeman a renowned Thoroughbred trainer who conditioned Shuvee and trained for Sagamore Farm died at Wesley Springs Nursing Home in Saratoga Springs New York at age 84 He was born February 23 1929 in Providence Rhode Island and earlier rode steeplechase before turning to racing He also served as president of the Aiken Training Track and guided multiple stakes winners including Cold Comfort and Shuvee
