Aiken residents enjoyed sunny weather at the City of Aiken Parks Kite Festival at Perry Memorial Park. The event ran 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with a crafts tent for making paper kites and winds of 15 to 20 mph gusting to 25 mph as attendees flew a variety of kites.
