Holly Marie Ford, 24, of Woodruff, died when her car left the road and sank in a pond near her home. The Spartanburg County coroner’s investigator said the cause was drowning after a seizure. Ford’s grandmother noted she had a history of seizures.
State health officials fear home HIV test kits will hinder tracking of AIDS patients if legalized. Officials warn of an unseen epidemic, while supporters say the kits boost testing with anonymity.
