Darlene Hale Crowned Miss Aiken County in Pageant

Darlene Hale was crowned Miss Aiken County at the Saturday pageant and will represent the county in the Miss South Carolina pageant in Greenville next summer. Laura Ed earned first runner up with the swimsuit award, and Karen Dukes was second runner up with a dance talent. Hale, daughter of Mr and Mrs George Lewis, is a graduate of Aiken High School and Baptist College of Charleston where she earned various honors.
