Kimberly-Clark settles lawsuit over poaching executives
Kimberly-Clark and a former Beech Island employee reached an out-of-court settlement ending the suit without costs. The action followed claims that Baback Nelson urged staff to leave Kimberly-Clark for Mercury Paper, with Nelson in Beech Island from 2007 to 2009 and departing in 2009 after a non solicitation agreement was signed in 2006.
