The Jessica Lynne Carpenter Memorial Golf Tournament will be held Monday April 30 at the Aiken Golf Club. A four person Captain’s Choice with shotgun start at 10 am features prizes for top finishers and a Toyota Echo hole in one contest. The Relay for Life 2001 fundraiser on May 18 19 at North Augusta High School stadium invites cancer survivors and fighters to join the Survivors Walk at 7 p.m. The event runs all night with games music and a candlelight ceremony at 10 p.m. Sandra Dimsdale a volunteer and survivor mother urges participation and notes assistance for walkers.
