Suspect Linked to Three Area Robberies
Berry Watson 31 of 134 Good Springs Road Aiken was arrested at his home and connected to three robberies in the area. He faces armed robbery from the North Augusta Huddle House, common law robbery from the Deluxe Inn on Edgefield Highway, and strong armed robbery from the Waffle House incident. He is held at the Aiken County Detention Center.

Manifesto Original May Have Been Found
In San Francisco AP reports a law enforcement source says a typed original of the Unabomber manifesto may have been found in Theodore Kaczynski's Montana cabin during a search. The manuscript, about 35 000 words, was allegedly prepared on one of three typewriters removed from the cabin.
