North Augusta man charged for repeated 911 calls
Forest Ward Smith, 52, was arrested after again calling 911 while intoxicated. He faces two counts of misuse of 911 and one count of unlawful use of a telephone. Deputies note the abuse dates to 2009 and occurred each time he was intoxicated.
