Auctioneer presses ahead with plan to sell King papers

Atlanta gallery owner Paul Brown moves toward auction of letters and notes believed linked to Martin Luther King Jr. The King Center says the estate is investigating while the King family has warned against the sale. Auction set for April 15 after prior high profile Sothebys sale.

Three Sentenced In Alabama Church Fire Spree

Judge in Birmingham sentenced Matthew Cloyd, Benjamin Moseley, and Russell DeBusk Jr. to eight, eight, and seven years respectively for a 2006 rural church fire spree that began as a prank. Restitution totals reach 3.1 million for Cloyd and Moseley and 1.9 million for Moseley. each man must perform 300 hours of community service post release.
