Man Charged With Murder Of Ms. Bower In Savannah
A Savannah man, Michael Charles Caffe, 29, was arraigned in Municipal Court on murder charges in the slaying of Kentucky horse trainer Leslie Bower. Bower, 29, was found strangled March 31 near a truck stop on U.S. 17 after leaving Savannah March 25.
