Mrs Nettie Carpenter wife of PB Carpenter died Monday at the family home in Shioh aged 63 or 64 she was the daughter of Mr and Mrs Courtney. Survived by six children her parents and one brother J M Court. Funeral services were held at The Shiloh church Wednesday at 11 o clock conducted by Rev T E Seago with interment in the adjoining cemetery.
Mrs Effie Kitchings died in Montgomery Alabama on April 1 and was buried in Graniteville Saturday afternoon after funeral services at the Baptist church. She was 52 and survived by her husband Sam Kitchings, her mother Mrs Mary Willis and a brother Everett Willis, both of Graniteville.
