Windsor teen charged in 2016 burglaries
A Windsor teen Jacob Johnson, 17, was charged with two counts of first degree burglary and two counts of weapon during the commission of a violent crime in connection with four Wagener burglaries from 2016. He was jailed at the Aiken County detention center after arrest with five others during a manhunt.
